Guided tours of the chateau
start every hour from 10 am to 5 pm.
In the period from 1 May to 30 September, the last entrance to the palace is at 6 p.m., in the remaining months, i.e. January, February, March, April, October, November and December – last entrance at 5 p.m.
Other months, i.e. January, February, March, April, October, November and December – last entry at 5 p.m.
Visits to the Mausoleum
from April to October from 10:00 to 17:00, from November to March from 10:00 to 15:00.
Tickets can be purchased 15 minutes before full time at the Tourist Information Office (the Red Church) or in the Palace Café.
The ticket offices are open from 9.30 am to 5 pm.
There are more than 300 stairs to climb in the chateau.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
NOTES:
Those entitled to purchase a discounted ticket on presentation of an appropriate identification document are:
- pupils of primary and secondary schools,
- students and PhD students,
- disabled persons,
- organized groups of more than 30 people,
- holders of an old-age pensioner card and a senior citizen card,
- Large Family Card holders.

Discounted ticket – 15 PLN
Special ticket – 10 PLN
Groups over 30 persons. – 15 PLN/person
