On September 22 at 16:00 the “Calm Head” Herbal Workshop took place, attracting lovers of natural cosmetics, herbs and relaxation. Marta Szymanska, a passionate herbalist and master’s degree in psychology, guided participants through the fascinating world of plants and wild cosmetics.
During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to take part in the theoretical part 📚, where they learned the secrets of cosmetic herbs, the properties of essential oils and the types of fats suitable for making wild shampoos in the bar. They also learned how different types of herbal powders affect hair and went through a hair porosity test, which allowed them to adjust herbs, oils and powders to their hair type.🌟🌿
Afterwards, the participants took part in the practical part of the workshop 👐 during which, together with Ms. Marta, they prepared infusions of available herbs, dissolved fats, and selected powders and oils. Leaving the workshop with a hand-crafted herbal cube, packaged in natural, eco-friendly packaging 🌱, was not only satisfying, but also practical.
All in all, the “Calm Head” Herbal Workshop was an extraordinary experience combining knowledge of herbs and natural cosmetics with practical action, tailored to the individual needs of the participants. 🌿✨
