As part of the 12th National Reading to Poles, we invite you to join us in reading the novel “Above the Niemen” by Eliza Orzeszkowa. Our special guest will be Ms. Sylwia Winnik, a talented author of many books, a graduate of journalism. The meeting will take place in the extraordinary setting of Marianna Palace, creating a magical combination of literature and history.

🕔 17:00 – Start of the meeting and a warm welcome to the guests.
🕕 17:05 – Introduction of Ms. Sylwia Winnik
🕕 17:10 – 18:00 – Reading of the novel “Above the Niemen” – from page 1 to 50, to draw us into a literary journey
🕕 18:00 – 18:30 – A short lecture by Ms. Sylwia about literature and her connection with Marianna Palace, as well as her literary work
🕕 18:30 – Farewell to guests
